At the levels I am working at I find I do better balancing the dividends I receive from slugging through my own solo sessions, and receiving metered help when I feel an incident is too much for me to confront and I rabbit away from it.
I heartily agree with Dennis that one MUST be fully able to solo TROM, and I believe that inevitably happens before one is ready for Level 4 Today I took some negative emotions into session after doing some RI. Stuff did run off but still felt unsatisfied and asked for metered assistance. Because of my high TA I need remote metered assistance. We located a related incident (which did come up in the solo session, among many others) and I worked it with Level 2 and with Level 3 until the needle was floating and I was happy, and my meter Tone Arm dropped to 2.9, which read I have not seen for several years now (used to be at 2.0 T.A.). It took me out of a "Normal Up" condition into a sudden "Affluence", I did the timebreaking work while my coach simply helped me hold the space and time. I can't really call him my auditor anymore because I still do the work mostly. He also asked me to look at what might be important, and that helped me too. My viewpoint started to expand out too. I ended off with RI, creating "important" futures :-) I am still as dedicated as ever to conducting my own sessions, and I am certain that eventually I would have worked my way toward being able to confront this "important game", as revealed in the incident. In fact, I had already been nipping away at it in many hard won sessions. A big relief/release to be able to see the game for what it was. In my next solo session, I feel confident I can bring up this incident all on my alone and further Timebreak it if needed. Now that my TA is within range, I could probably even use the e-meter myself instead of relying upon remote metering done by someone else. I agree with Dennis that at some point one can and will dispense with the e-meter altogether. Colleen
