sensations simultaneously. So, in my mind, I was seeing and felling my finger

lightly all the skin with eczema and simultaneously I was seeing and felling my
other finger touching lightly the same area of the skin but without that eczema.
After one minute of this comparison the itchiness dropped instantaneously, from
10 to 0, and in that precise moment I realised that the problem was gone
forever. So it did.
