Vlad,

Drink kefir every day too.

Use as many other cultured ( probiotics) products too.

They supply the intestinal tract with beneficial microflora to aid digestion.

Chew about 5 grams of calcium carbonate tablets per day too.

When your body is acidic it is primarily lacking in Calcium and some magnesium,
 not sodium.

Sodium is a quick fix but not the solution.

Order a calcium kit from : www.advancedideals.org

Also take a tablespoon of black strap molasses every day. Take it straight or
with milk or make a tea with it.

This will give you a good supply of other iron and other essential minerals .

This simple regime will go a long way in fixing a lot of health problems ,
along with a basic sensible diet and drinking plenty of good quality water.

3 to 4 ounces or 90 to 120 ml of good quality water per hr (depending on
body size) is a good ideal amount of water to drink.

Drink enough once a week so your urine is clear and you know you will be
pretty clean inside.
