Hello Valentino, I'm a newbie and I get big hippo yawns often and, as a
result, come more into the now, everything looking brighter and more "real"
or "solid". I had CCHs right before I started TROM.

"To Know" is still mostly meaningless to me, although sometimes I can see
it in terms of Separateness and Oneness, but I don't hang around there very
much. For example, right now I am getting a lot of mileage running out
"Control", and that seems to be where my mind wants to take me. It all is
fairly freeform until one gets into the disciplines of Levels 4 and 5,
which I am eager to do once I am confident my mind is quieted enough.

I used Level 2 to help me clear out fixed attention regarding people in my
life.

I imagine you also get cogs along the way. I imagine you also got yawns
running Dianetics.

Sometimes, if an area is very heavy, I will go near unconscious, and then
need someone to help me run the item. Don't need a trained auditor to help
me hold the space and time.

Besides yawns, sometimes I feel a sigh of relief or release, sometimes
somatics, emotions, and sometimes as if some things are shifting around as
I let go of fixed ideas. The same phenomenon occurs when I use the
standard prompters of the Sedona Method.

If a scene from the past is live in front of me then I notice there is an
increase in fluttering of the eyes, even if I cannot "see" the scene.

Grooving yourself in to Timebreaking is, imho, one of the best things one
could do for oneself for confidence and certainty as a solo auditor.

As with yourself, I had mostly Dianetics style auditing, and the beauty of
Timebreaking (and Releasing) is that it is no longer about the "story"
which makes the work much more efficient and gets one closer, faster to
realizing they can just simply "drop it", the importances, on a more global
scale.

All is well,
colleen

P.S. You are welcome to send me a PM.
