Hi All
Yesterday I put the transcript for Insanity Point Lecture 01 up at
www.tromhelp.com. I wore my transcribers hat while doing the transcript which
meant exactly duplicating what Dennis was saying so it would be easy for one to
read the transcript while listening to the audio.
on reviewing the transcript to make sense of what Dennis was trying to teach I
found what I had done only confused the issue.
for instance here is a paragraph from the transcript:
Here we go. We can ahh…we can deduce from X bracket 1 minus
X equals 1 “X(1-X)=1” that X plus
bracket 1 minus X end of bracket equals naught “X +(1-X)=0.”
Writing the algebraic formula in words " X bracket 1 minus
X equals 1" is confusing to me on review.
I propose to change all the formula in the transcript like this, using the same
paragraph as an example
Here we go. We can ahh…we can deduce from X(1-X)=1 that X +(1-X)=0.
I think this will make the lecture's content easier to understand. I would
appreciate hearing back from list members on this issue.
Sincerely
Pete
P.S. Insanity Point Lecture 01 contains a mini course on Boolean algebra
sufficient to understand the logical basis of TROM and Dennis walks you through
the logical games play process showing exactly how games become more compulsive
and losses accumulate till insanity is the mathematically inevitable result.
Most fascinating material. Well worth the read and very important to get it
transcribed correctly now so it is understandable.
I hope you will all proof read it and let me know what needs changing.
Thanks
pete
