I just finished reading the book "The Solo Clearing Manual" by Hank Levin. I
have an E-meter but was not sure how to use it for solo auditing so bought this
book.

The book is 93 pages long and includes drills for learning how to use the
Clarity Meter which Mr. Levin makes and sells. The book then goes on to provide
basic auditing procedures for a simple clearing process that provides methods
for locating stress related incidents in four categories:
1. upsets and disagreements
2. quandaries
3. guilt
4. repressed traumatic memories/ fear

on reading the definitions of these categories they are clearly

1. ARC breaks
2. postulate conflict or games
3. missed withholds
4. engrams

The book is written to help the solo auditor become proficient at running a
solo session. I believe it will provide the basis for handling most of level 2
and 3.
If you need help learning how to do metered solo auditing i recommend this book.

The book is available from http://clearingtech.net/

Keep on TROMing
