have you ever exercises level 6 , where Dennis talks about the double
bounding .
I have foung a double bind destructive in my life.
The double bind are two postulates bonded together. That is a catch
22 . You are bringing into existence two opposite postulates
simultaneously . That is a loss of energy . quite painful.
