I should have known this would happen, that as soon as I stated my goal in writing stuff would kick up in my mind. It's all for good, and I resolved it within myself, but still .... let's just say it was not an easy ride. Life is a Guru, eh!
In the last post I stated Goal and Purposes. Policies is a code of ethics, for eample, the "Never force...." ethics code Dennis wrote up is as good as any. "Plans" -- work through the Levels of TROM and finish the job with Level 5. Plans are important to pay attention to because they are foundational, and most likely where things will go astray, that is if one is honest with oneself about one's goal and purposes, but the stated plan seems foundationally sound, and at this point I do not think I have any illusions about what it is going to take to pull off this plan, and my Admin scale is worked down to the VFP (Valuable Final Product). Now that I started reading the manual again with a fresh attitude, I find I have more discussion points and would like to bring some of them up on this board for pointers and guidance. thank you, colleen
