Making overt acts are bad habits, as well receiving overwhelms. Talking about between us is a good one. We can not make a war against those habits without turning our lives miserable. Many try to overcome their drinking problems by will force and discipline. Most of them gave up and return to alcohol. This kind of war is not the best way. The best way is learn (know using trom) about all those good and bad habits and then to stay free of them. So, keep tromming Leoncio
