Dear Colleen,

It's a nice experience noticing that a part of oneself was playing some
game. I've experienced it only occasionally.

Wow and you saw the whole picture! -- That's tremendous and cause for
celebration.

Thanks for posting Colleen.

Love,

Martin

Subject: [TROM1] RE Losing a Game

Okay, I just played out a game and lost, royally - checkmated myself - and
thanks to Dennis and daily insight meditation I see the whole picture, all
the intentions of the pieces, and nothing is hidden from me. This allows me
to stay flippant and non-serious and play a new game at the next higher
level, from whence I once dropped down, dropping the previous game
compulsions.

Even the apparency of the importance of this "piece" (body/identity) is much
less important. In the state of Nirvana one would say there is no win or
lose, there is only 'you'. Resolve the mind and there 'you' are. Once you
experience this enough times you are already there and just doing a mopping
up action.

This is a big win because I saw my whole track where I constantly made the
error of taking a game seriously, and of "flinching". It's okay to lose a
game, in fact it can be great fun and we can all pat each other on the back
when the show is over. "Losing" itself is only an apparency and in this
game loss I am freed up now to take the attitude that this is the best thing
that is happening for me. Thanks to Dennis and my 'godself' I am coming out
of this game feeling larger than when I went in.

I thank Dennis, my loyal friends, and my unflagging attention to the
dedicated activity of dissolution of this mind-body-consciousness. Yes, it
is the most fun "game" in town :-)

love,
colleen
