I recently realized another reason why RI is important. RI runs out all the minds reactions to creating something and then having another create something. When i have no more reaction from the mind to these two operations of creation RI is flat. Level 5 is the operation of simultaneously creating something and having another create something. if my mind has charge on creating which is postulating then i will not know whether it is the simple act of postulating or the postulates in opposition that has brought up an incident to timebreak.
