Hello everyone, I thought I might wanna share with you something that I posted
on my facebook. Hope you find it useful.

Hi Colleen, I wouldn't want to keep a secret I want to share!!! I'll tell you
what my path has been for the past half year or so. I've been on trom level 2
and 3 to a point where I understood that when I was looking at past scenes, I
was really creating them in present time. So I thought, if I am myself creating
what's bothering me right now, why dig into the past to try and understand
where it came from if I can just let go of it and create something else,
another feeling or thought.

And then you posted a Lester Levenson video on your FB that was just what I
needed at that point, and I found this pdf file with a transcript of his
lectures (just google Lester Levenson pdf). And reading those has deepened my
understanding so much that thinking with it was disintegrating my mind quite a
lot. It has given me a lot of insights and wisdom that has brought incredible
harmony and calmness in my life, and I'll share with you my understanding of
Lester Levenson:

"Life in the universe is a movie that plays in your mind. You created every
detail of it and you are playing all the characters. But you've identified with
just one body to forget completely who you really are and to prove to yourself
that you can always rediscover your true self. Everything that happens to your
character is as you've planned it, in order to discover something, learn
something so in the end you make it back to being aware that you are the
creator. If you struggle with your life, that is because you planned it so in
order to learn. If you watch what happens to the character and body that you
currently identify with, as a spectator, without attachment or aversion, you
can have nothing but joy and eventually you will no longer think of yourself or
experience yourself as just one body, but as the whole thing, and see that it
is all within your mind, just like a dream is."

So that is how I learn to look at life now and the effort is just falling away
very much, while the joy is skyrocketing!

Lester Levenson also confirmed my "just letting go" as a valid method. He says
there are two methods: to dig into the past and bring up the negative, or to
put in the positive. You can quiet your mind and bring it to peace by focussing
on one thought: just think "I", "I", "I" all the time or "I am", "I am" etc or
ask yourself over and over "who am I". When you become aware of any other
thought you just let go of it and when your mind gets quiet enough you'll start
to feel the inner joy that is you, that doesn't need anything from the outside
world, it just is. So I'm practicing that now.

Hope this may be of help to you. Love you
