I went through a phase, and it continues to this day in a more balanced less
intense form, of writing and speaking in free flow forms, it really freed up my
vocabulary and ability to form/express energy as languaged segments of meaning.
This went on for many months of anywhere up to 14 hours per day, every word
brought with it a new intensity and connection and some degree of pain too,
confusions and associations in my mental library released, like a massive and
constant giving birth to energy and concept form a place of no particular
words, only feelings, but wanting to express into and resolve as words.
I mention it because I (the none verbal essence) feel I literally reprogrammed
myself mentally, physically, genetically, spiritually, physically, and so on,
simply persevering with this process of making languaged the otherwise
non-verbal.
Of course it is an endless process, as long as I’m interested in it I believe
it will continue, it has so far, many years later.
I also believe, along these same lines that the same ‘so long as interested it
will continue, applies to the mroe physical world as I brought my body back
from the brink of many breakdowns (perhaps even deaths) using this method,
which is not really a method, is more an extension of making up music, having
inspired conversation, dreaming and so on. None the less, it came form a
non-verbal place in me, very powerful, and the effect was/is transformative,
more so than most anything else I experienced.
Still working my way through the latest TROM digest so may be too soon to say,
but I believe this topic may be relevant and related.
I’ll add that the group effort here is having some revelationary effects here,
not going unnoticed!
