Hi David,
The love frequency that I'm speaking of is ever present and unconditional. If God exists, then that is it. It has nothing to do with the circumstances of life or the games you are in. It is not adversely affected by any of that and you are it! Beyond all identity, you are that frequency and you can tune in to it regardless of whatever conflicts your mind still sees in life. After you found it once, it gets easier over time to find it back and you get into it more and more and stronger and stronger. Buddhism and Hinduism have a long tradition of achieving that with meditation, yoga, advaita vedanta etc. Among the easiest ways I have recently found to get in touch with it, is mantra music and all kinds of healing stones. This may sound too simple for you, but before you get opiniated about it, just give it a try if you want. Doesn't keep you from Troming either. Namaste.
