Some were more helpful than others. But it all amounts to know how, that is also called experience. I did some L2 and L3 between 08 and 011. All I remember is that it would all but totally knock me out. Then after several attempts over 3 yrs, and NDEs, I dropped TROM and went back to various other methods to deal with my case. I was successful in removing all easily found charge. Even more than "easily found" charge. Slim, In my opinion it is extremely misleading to expect anyone or tell anyone ( also parroting what Dennis says in the manual) that "anyone can do" "TROM". That means do TROM on it's own. That is not possible in its present form. (With the exception of a very rare person, it is an out right lie. There are even many experienced scngts who have tried TROM and could not do it.) Doing TROM, for a person who does not have a scn or some related tech background, is like a kid entering school at the grade junior high level and then doing a couple of grades per yr after that. My point is that, TROM is way to steep a gradient, for an inexperienced person to do, as per the TROM manual. It needs to be rewritten in simple clear plain English on a practical gradient. It has to be done in a mainstream writing style like someone with a good education and also being a good communicator, would have. Someone that understands what "proper gradient" and "duplicating understanding in the intended terminal" means. (Leo Faulhaber says that someone has done it in German on DVD.) Anyways, back to TROM and me in present time, ....one way or another, other than TROM, I got to where I am on L5. (I did not even look at L2 and L3 on this attempt. I went straight to L4.) And now back to these menacing postulates. I woke up very early this morning with this problem on my mind and decided to work on them. It is easiest for me to find them, and deal with them, if or when I am in a deep meditative state. I mentally took each one, and via intention, canceled it, deleted it, and cleared it, to take it out of existence. Then I put up its counter postulate (opposite polarity), in it's place. Example: Undesirable postulate: He is stupid. (postulated it cancelled, deleted and cleared) then put up the counter postulate: I am very intelligent. (I suppose that could be called a form of "repair of importance".) Will see how that works in a few days. In referenece to your post about pts-ness abuse. Forcing and preventing etc. Its called games play ..... lol D> It is even a steep gradient for someone to accept that definition of games play. This why I always tell every one to let the other tech go and not add it into TROM. I use many of the COS terms as an easier means to describe a concept . Even then I avoid that as much as possible. As if the COS never exsisted. But the terms they have come in handy dandy at times since almost everyone on tjis lkst is familiar with them.
