I have been doing that ( exactly as you say) for a good month and found it to be more than extremely helpful. There is huge charge and gains to be made "in there". In my opinion, more than there is in all of L4. Actually was doing that from the time I woke up this morning. And plan to do more as soon as I get off this computer.
