************* The following message is relayed to you by [email protected] ************ Yeah, I think so too. Ethics is a game. Different groups have a different ethic levels. Obviously. look around. Different groups also have different ethics systems. Or codes if you want to call it that. What'd be"correct" in one group is a bad thing in another. You could put the group on a scale to see how well it's internal ethics system (or in a lower scale group their justice system) enhances the survival of the society at large. i.e. is it a predatory group only out for themselves? Or one that betters conditions for everyone as well as themselves? So the group ethic can be to ensure the survival of the group. No? Not necessarily the public or humankind at large. that's how I see it. And how I evaluate groups.
The $cn. kult makes a lot of noise about it's front groups bettering the society, ie. Narconon, VM, etc but if you examine the facts. it's a sham. Chas.
