************* The following message is relayed to you by [email protected] ************ Hi all My auditing up to now has been haphazard running of whatever was restimulated by life or reading TROM. I felt compelled to learn all about TROM before I started seriously using the tech., just as I won't travel anywhere new without getting a map that will show me if I have gone past the next turn I should have made.
I am now ready to start regular sessions daily to begin making serious progress on TROM but I haven't done metered auditing for 30 years. I purchased "The Solo Clearing Manual" by Hank Levin and started doing the procedures in there to get my metering skills up to speed for solo auditing. The first few procedures in the book are familiarization drills on getting and recognizing reads on the E-meter but #5 Guiding the Client uses the auditing question "Tell me something you are uncomfortable talking about." Turned out to be very hot. I have had three sessions so far and the TA count is 5 to 10 divisions in each of the short sessions. I am delighted to find that solo auditing consisting of asking the auditing question out loud and answering out loud works as well as having a separate therapist.
