This is a route to total freedom of choice . It's not the only route. 

It's derived from TROM. 

Everything in the games manual has truth . I recommend you use it more than 
anything else. 

There is nothing more free than total freedom of choice. 

Only life can limit the ability of life .

You need to run RI after and before each time you begin and end your session. 

You need to re -read this whole page from top to bottom before and after each 
session. 

Use both self and others simultaneously when running RI. 

Make a list . 

The list has only two columns and a separate third column. 

On the right are the negatives. 

On the left are the positives.

Know><not know
Happy><sad
Peace><war
Right ><wrong
Love ><hate
White ><black
Good><bad
Unimportance><importance
Up><down
Day><night
Complement><oppose

The list is endless  and the ones I've listed above are just examples. You'll 
have cognitions off and on the whole way if it's done correctly.

If you are not sure what the opposite of the word is, put that word in column 
three. You can also look it up in an opposite word directory online. If you are 
still not sure , put it in column three. 

You can go back to that column when the time comes. You'll know when that is. 
Then you can move it over to with the other words you have certainty with in 
columns 1 and 2 . 

If you latter discover you've made a mistake , you can either switch it around 
or move it to the third column and resolve it latter.  

You can get to the top by logic alone. But that doesn't mean you will. 

You can go exterior using this exercise but that doesn't mean you will.

Nothing in the games manual is invalid. It's all perfectly good tech . You can 
abandon this exercise any time and return to the games manual or use both 
simultaneously but do not mix them together. 

Use this exercise . Then stop. Use TROM. Then stop.    

There will be words that are far too difficult for you to know the difference 
between the positive and negative legs .  Write them in column three.

Be neat , be organized . 

The  exercise is finished when you know it's done and no sooner. If you are not 
sure, then it's not done.   

There's no harm in giving up and then starting up some other day . Or never 
using it again. It's your choice. It always has been your choice. It always 
will be your choice.
