Thanks I'll try those processes. I still can't answer the do I exist one haha. 
I know my body and my thoughts are not me, but the observer (me) I can't say if 
I exist or not being a "no thing" without mass. 

I'm starting to wonder if we should say the spirit has spiritual mass, a mass 
not of this universe that can pass through all mass in this universe. Like an 
anti mass of sorts. But well that's just getting fancy.

I'm happy you like my posts, I try to add wisdom here, as everyone else does 
too.
