My further spontaneous adventures: As an experiment, after reading your comments, I went into many war scenes and positions and perspectives and so on, all in a hyper condensed 30/40 seconds, in an attempt to gain greater affinity with the subject, what I initially picked up was the sexual thrill of combat, then the technical game of pitting wits, of building creating and maintaining things, almost endless possibilities there, and then finally it dawned and summarised: games sensation, attraction to games sensation, war simply being another way to facilitate that underlying aim/desire. That's basically all it is. In terms of what we and those like us can do its pretty simple, do what I just did, locate a bunch of scenes, enter them, grok them, release them, in other words time break everything that comes up on the subject of war for you, lil bit at a time, integrate it, as much as is interesting/effective, then set it down. A key insight I had, and I'm thankful that part of be always steps in before such efforts was this: be in & with those perspectives, ie war beings, know them, accept them, but do not feed them any further, do not buy into them whatsoever in fact, but feel them entirely as energy, know them, and discharge them by doing nothing but being as you actually are, and then leave, or watch them leave (however it plays out for you).
