Hi Jonah,
You ask for a lot all at once. Answering all of your questions and
putting them to text has typically taken many a life time or such.
Likewise it would take one many years of reading and study to read,
assimilate, learn and become a practitioner of all that you ask.
Many if not most on this trek to enlightenment never arrive and it is
not due to the fact that there was no one to answer one's questions
or no one there to demonstrate a truth or an ability. You have named
several in your questioning posts.
The real obstacle to one's enlightenment is to apply a technology
that works, stick to it and be able to have a open mind. There are
now and will be many instances in the future where you will happen
upon a truth all by yourself and be unable to accept it. It is a
matter of being purely scientific in one's approach, having the
willingness and ability to change one's mind, this being the real
crux of the difficulty, overcoming one's beliefs, faiths, biases and
prejudices.
So your really important factor needs to be your desire, dedication
and application of a technique that will truly avail you of the
ability to escape the compulsive activities of your own mind.
TROM may or not be the technology for you but it can work and it can
be done by oneself. I can attest to the fact that it is an able
technology. I can also attest to the fact that one can produce
activities that will even astound the source of those activities but
those are only my stories and my experiences. You need to get on the
path to enlightenment and find your own future, stories and history,
your own enlightenment. Everyone's is different. No one is a
duplicate of another being whether body or soul. I invite you to
your own personal adventure of finding enlightenment about yourself
and of all existence in its various and infinite forms.

ps: If your interest is really in remote viewing and OBE, I can
suggest sources for that. But, those sources have absolutely no
technology to escape the chains and compulsive control of your own mind.
I will answer some of your questions as I go along to them.
Currently I am re-reading "Cosmic History" which Pete McLaughlin has
posted and responding there where I feel I can be of help in one's
understanding of what has been happening through the ages of
existence. Consider this, we all came from somewhere, have arrived
from somewhere. Do you know when, where or how the somewhere is?
