Hi Colleen,
I have found nothing other than doing RI and doing it every moment
and as far out to the good and bad extremes as I can possibly imagine
and pushing that envelope further and further and further out. Just
like you conveyed that you do in your prior post to Pete. It's
amazing what one can learn about whata makes others tick and oneself
by doing this.
