Hi Pete

I cannot see your point. Maybe I do not understand it, German is my
language.
To me the manual looks correct, but I am no expert. I am thankful for being
corrected, should I err.

The following is how I understand the postulates you mention (to control, to
have,
to love versus to know). And by that, "to know" would be the correct
wording:

To control
I must control (outflow) or I must be contolled (inflow)

To have
I must let someone have something (outflow) or must have it for myself
(inflow)

To love
I must love someone (outflow) or must be loved by someone (inflow)

To know
I must be known (outflow) or I must know (inflow)

An example: You have a different view than the manual = "must not know".
Your view "must be known", thus you write corrections to the manual.
