Hey Pete I think if you want to write a second edition that's cool as long as 
it's clear it's your version. Also I think it doesn't matter what you use for a 
postulate provided you give a definition for it. For example we all grew up 
knowing red is red. But if red was blue we'd call red blue anyways. These are 
new to all.
