Hi, Colleen. When I'd read your post, I remembered my thoughts about 
healthy/unhealthy food. 
Hamburgers, is it healthy or unhealthy food? How do you think?
I suppose it's unhealthy or not very healthy and a lot of people think so, but 
why do they eat it when the hunger takes them out of on the way, on the street, 
for lunch at the work, etc ? 
Even if there are places with more healthy and inexpensive food. How one can 
reorient the person?
We have got the goal "To Eat" and there is a sensation of hunger in this 
regard. 
We often build a false bonds between unrelated things and
I want to give a bond breaking process on this subject.
Get the feeling of hunger ( as an indicator of basic purpose "to eat") and any 
of your favorite or familiar food, which is not healthy.
Compare it. How is it different?
How is it similar? 
(little hint: first note where in your body is the sensation of a hunger and 
how you feel it in order to obtain the characteristics of this condition for 
comparison).
It is really hard process. 
Then create a healthy food around you.
Have another creating healthy food.
and good question: "How does that
seem to you now?"
