Hi Colleen,

True and also entertaining the way that Sadhguru and his Insight Into Depression put his message across. He mentions incentives that lead one into depression and sickness. This is so very true. Just what are those incentives, those incentives that lead one towards and into compulsive depression and sickness? Sadjguru mentions that one can change their incentives and thereby decrease their depressions and sicknesses. Too bad he doesn't go into just how one goes about that.

Dennis and his TROM does. It's one creating their reactive mind and putting that reactive mind into controlling everything that one does because there is incentive to do so.

In an earlier post of mine to TROM, http://lists.newciv.org/pipermail/ trom/2014-October/004910.html, I go into why one gets into the situations that Sadhguru describes and one has those negative incentives. The cure and the elimination of those situations, insanities is also given in my post using Dennis' TROM. The solution can be found in TROM by eliminating the compulsions of the mind. And since one cannot possibly eliminate all the compulsions of the mind, one has to learn and come to a knowledge and understanding of just what one is doing that creates their reactive mind. Then once one can exercise control over what they are doing in creating their reactive mind, one needs to practice that control. That control is known as games playing or not playing games.

Playing or not playing games in life then becomes a function of what really matters in one's life. What is important and what is the ranking of one's importances. Is there incentive there or is there counter-incentive there? I spent some time in my post above going through how one then exercises and gains control of importances through doing TROM's RI process. This process is where one really gets 'insight' into one's mind and what one did and is doing in putting their mind together.

Having completed Level 5, I am now into learning about the anatomy of how and why I create a reactive mind. Through Dennis' RI, I have found that importances underlie those incentives and should I change an importance of mine, I then change my incentive for doing or not doing certain things. Once again ... 'If you don't mind, it doesn't matter'. And on that basis I can entirely re-order my importances and thereby give myself new incentives which now align with my new importances. Importances are the root source of one's incentives in life.

Paul, keep on TROMming
