When I re-envision my life and the lives of others as RI am I being delusional? Well, one could say that, but what I'm seeing is that the current delusions I have about my current scenario are being revealed while putting around me different scenarios. Since the mind is nothing but lies, then of course delusions.
Since I started doing RI with the correct emphasis my mind is noisy and initially this exercise is taking longer as I do the exercise to break the identification with the mind. Happy tromming, colleen
