I got to the point that the Buddhists call "The Fourth Noble Path" where a practicer now has total analytical certainty of his practice. I've stopped searching other techs or reading anything or needing to discuss anything and re-arranged my life around this daily practice. Mind is still resistant though and I sometimes miss a day. If I have a huge present time problem I have an auditor who uses a recent technical development called "Advanced Clearing Energetics", by Richard Flook. It is developed out of German New Medicine and MetaHealth and puts emphasis on bodily healing too, so if anyone has a physical present-time-problem - or anything else that keeps them from their practice, his tech is simple to apply to self.
