Hello Igor, best of life to you too. I don't know what makes some people never give up, even if they do give up temporarily, but then get back to it, but it looks that you are one of those people who persists. From where I am at with Trom, Level 2 is the real test of whether someone is really going to be able to do this, not so much RI once it is mastered.
kind regards, colleen Igor writes: I was doing TROM a few years ago, back then it it appeared to be very successful, but then it uncovers some childhood incidents related to fears and shame imprintings and so on, and so I realized that I had not enough power/courage to stand it back then. And it seem that somewhere about now, I have got a courage to move on (if you are going through hell, keep going), and get back to calmer conscience and more balance and clarity. Another concept, which I found to be very useful recently - is emotional intelligence (there is a book on this topic on amazon) which goes in great detail to explain emotions, their purposes from evolution perspective etc. Wish you all the very best in a new year!
