Hi Pete, Colleen and everyone.
A very happy new year to all! I'm posting just after midnight here in
the far east (Australia), so greetings from the year 2015.
Speaking of RI, I'm still being surprised by the changes and
cognitions
to be got from this simple process. It even takes care of "out
rudiments". Some weeks ago I was a bit annoyed about a workmate who I
thought was being hostile. After a few hours of indulging in feeling
annoyed, I did what I should have done in the first place, some
subjective RI. As soon as I got onto the 'have another create
something' part, it seemed natural to mock up this person creating
nasty
stuff in my space... the upset rapidly blew, I realised it had all
been
my misconception, and we've been friendly towards each other ever
since
then.
Cheers,
David Cooke

Came out of a good session of RI and with much gratitude for this
workhorse. Much gratitude for Dennis and for those who keep his work
on the internet.

Hi everyone,
Happy New year from Lake Toba, Sumatra, Indonesia
I was doing TROM a few years ago, back then it it appeared to be very
successful, but then it uncovers some childhood incidents related to
fears
and shame imprintings and so on, and so I realized that I had not
enough
power/courage to stand it back then. And it seem that somewhere
about now,
I have got a courage to move on (if you are going through hell, keep
going), and get back to calmer conscience and more balance and
clarity.
Another concept, which I found to be very useful recently - is
emotional
intelligence (there is a book on this topic on amazon) which goes in
great
detail to explain emotions, their purposes from evolution
perspective etc.
Wish you all the very best in a new year!
Cheers,
Igor
