I was checking for dead links on my blog, and found that the domain
freezoneearth.org has expired as of 1 February, with the name parked at
GoDaddy.com for sale to the highest bidder.
The web version of the TROM Manual can still be found at

Their downloads page is archived at

As well as the TROM manual, this page has books by Ken Ogger, Clearbird,
Muriel Chen, L.Kin and many audio recordings of David Mayo. I haven't
checked if all the links on the archived page are live - Sometimes when
using the Internet Archive you find that not every linked file was
captured on a given date and it's necessary to try an earlier archive
capture by using the diagram at the top of the page.
Some of these materials are also available from Terril park's site
http://fzinternational.org/, but not the TROM manual.
