Hello Trommers!
today I want to share a realization I had last day , while doing Trom.I
realized the truth in Dennis's words , "the Double Bind is the most
deadly trap". And I know that is true. Really truye.Let me explain.The
structure of the Double bind is this : If "postulate A" then "postulate B" .
What's the trick. Here it is. Let's assume that the postulate "A" is
stored in the conscious mind and the postulate "B" is stored in the
unconscious mind. Being the unconscious mind the one on which we use the
ability of life "to not know".We are in real trouble.Example of a double
bind :
If I meet a nice girl then I feel ashamed. ( a tipycal beliefe
implanted from society,church in a young child, ).The boy is in trouble
, because every time he meets a nice girl , he feels ashamed and things
goes wrong, and he wonders why. (of course he wonders , he is a logical
being ).
We have learned in some ways to overcome this double bind mechanism.
Mostly using the force , by overwriting it.But not maybe with long
lasting results.With the erasing procedure of the Double Bind , the
Dennis gave us , we can do very eaily , and results last forever.
Now I understand more clearly what the words "TEMET NOSCE" meant. We
have to make conscious all the uncoscious mind.And you have to be very
committed in doing so.For me it is about 10 years I am exercising with
Trom.At the beginning I remember how I found excuses for not doing it or
for delaying doing it.
The mind is a self protecting mechanism, and one of it goals is to make
itself not being discovered.
So when you do Trom and don't see results is because the are coming , next.
