How I timebreak day's events:
I usually start from earliest to latest. Once I am satisfied I have covered
everything I look to see what is still sticking (attachments and
aversions).

For example today the color of Mom's jacket wasn't going away. Whatever I
still have my attention on repeatedly (or trying to *not* look at) I take
time to drop down to Level Two and run differences and similarities with
objects in the room here. For example, I placed the jacket with its color
next to each object in the room and note the differences.

When it came to running similarities I could not find one in the room so I
mocked up another like jacket beside the one I saw today and that also
produced a decent discharge. Often it is some aesthetic in a scene that
sticks to me. Level Two will always produce a discharge when Level Three
will not.

I'm also making note of any games compulsions going on, and that's why I
pay special attention to attachments and aversions (or something I don't
want to look at) and give them the Level Two treatment.
