If these techniques are working for you then TROM works for you and you just need to keep doing the RI and Timebreaking at whatever level works for you and get what you can from the processes. If TROM works there is no better or cheaper tool on this planet for eliminating the mind. If it does not work for you then dump it and find something that does work.
