OK, as you go over the flows of: Forcing yourself on others who resist you and Withholding yourself from others who demand something from you and Demanding from others what they are unwilling to give and Refusing what others are trying to force on you You begin to see that others are offering or even insisting that you play roles in their games. Is that pretty girl with the bedroom eyes someone you want a long term relationship with or someone you should run away from as fast as you can? When you talk to a government official never volunteer any information as they will just use it against you when assessing taxes or fines or fees or lock you up. Etc.etc.etc. These are the games being played by you and others and as you develope skill at recognizing the games you can pick and choose which you want to play and which you want to avoid at any cost. This is a big part of my gain from TROM.
