Commenting on what Pete said a little further down:
When you make a postulate to smoke, in fact it's a continuing postulate.
But you probably set it on automatic in the same way that you have
thousands of things set on automatic, some made some time ago.
So in a sense you don't really as-is a postulate. You just stop making it.
Why you might have difficulty stopping making it might be because you've
made a postulate that is important to smoke or that it's important to be
like daddy who also smoked.
We live a complex life in this late period of the universe's existence.
All best wishes, Ant(ony).

I found the data I asked about:
The four abilities of a thetan:
1. A thetan can bring things into existence.
2. A thetan can take things out of existence.
3. A thetan can know
4. A thetan can not know.
Someone told me that many yrs ago.

You said "As soon as you get a grasp on the above you will
realize that
it is somehow misleading or inaccurate - to say the least - to
suggest the possibility of "as-ising" a postulate. As well one could
then as-is a Thetan. "
What is the problem with as-using a postulate? If i made a
postulate to smoke cigarettes in the past and want to stop smoking
now then the correct way to do it is to examine, duplicate the
original postulate and as-is it at which point i will no longer
smoke cigarettes. Isn't this the way it works?
Sincerely
Pete Mclaughlin
