Thanks for the support. I feel you. The 'to know' is suppose to cover all other verbs, so probably we suffer with the apparent uncertainty and abstraction of this level. I specifically seem to suffer from some degree of neuroticism which makes these types of processes worst. I suffered a lot starting the other levels but they became easier and easier with time. I also am not very comfortable with direct communications so I'll decline your invite for now.
