Thanks, I tried testsuite/tcg/highlevel/tpm/Tspi_TPM_CreateIdentity
after setting up the owner and SRK auths properly, and it failed in
precisely the same way.  So the problem seems to be independent of
privacyca.com and I guess I'll just chalk this up to a defective TPM.
