I am working with a TPM 1.2 that has the TPM_PERMANENT_FLAG readSRKPub set to
false, therefore preventing me from reading it with the TPM_GetPubKey command.
Are there any TPM 1.2 commands or mechanisms to change the value of this, and
other, TPM_PERMANENT_FLAGs?
