Right, that function can also be used for general RSA decryption with
LEGACY keys.

Create an ENCDATA object and load the RSA encrypted data into it as
TSS_TSPATTRIB_ENCDATABLOB_BLOB. Then Tspi_Data_Unbind() will decrypt
and return the raw decrypted data.
