Because I also wanted to support the NTRU TSS on Windows, I couldn't use
much of the tpm-tools infrastructure.  If a merge proves difficult,
perhaps TPM Quote Tools ought to be released as a separate package.
Windows support proved to be a pain in the, well, you finish this
sentence.
