Hi Kent,

I didn't install thru yum. I downloaded the rpm package and installed with rpm 
cmd. 
Tried "service tcsd start" but still got the same error. 

Is there anything I need to update in /etc/tcsd.conf? 
It has "port = 30003" line commented out.  Does this matter?
