Hi.
I've got RHEL 6.1 on a DELL Precision M6300 latop with TPM chip.
It uses tpm_infineon driver.
I have compiled trousers 0.3.11.2 and tpm-tools 1.3.8 but no tpm_* command
can communicate with tcsd daemon:
# ps -ef | grep tcsd
/usr/local/sbin/tcsd
# tpm_getpubek
Tspi_Context_Connect failed: 0x00002004 - layer=tcs, code=0004 (4),
Internal software error
If we look at tcsd daemon at the same time:
# /usr/local/sbin/tcsd -f
TCSD trousers 0.3.11.2: TCSD up and running.
TCSD TCS ERROR: Invalid packet received by TCSD
Last line appears when I execute any tpm_* command, as tpm_getpubek
I've tried it with tcsd -e with the same result.
What is the error? How can I solve it?
