I'm lost here, Ken. According to the log he sent from his physical TPM, 
the latter is accepting the command without checking for the PCR-bound 
value, right? To me that looks like TrouSerS isn't messing with anything 
in the process or binding or in the processo of reading the NVRAM bound 
to the PCR.
