I tried a simpler command, which also fails.  Here's a trace compiled 
for debug.

Note that the tcsd communicates with the TPM, running several getcaps. 
There seems to be some incompatibility with tpm_tools.

The (uncommented) getTCSDPacket() seems to be checking a size.  The left 
hand side is 28 and the right hand side is 0.  But what is it checking 
and why is it failing?
