Hi Ken,
Yes, my env var TCSD_TCP_DEVICE_PORT was set in my user account but was
lost in sudo. I had to login as root to set it up again
and start from there. Now it's up and running. I can run tpm_version from
tpm-tools package:
tpm_version
TPM 1.2 Version Info:
Chip Version: 1.2.18.112
Spec Level: 2
Errata Revision: 3
TPM Vendor ID: IBM
TPM Version: 01010000
Manufacturer Info: 49424d00
