Matt -- Great work as always on this project. What I would love, more than anything would be a method by which trplayer could resume play in a stream. I hope I have not missed a method by which to do this that is already in place. Mention of a status display made me come back to this idea. What I would like is STOUT of some sort that reports what minute:second a session was at when it stopped. A good compliment to this would be a way to invoke trplayer with a minute and second at whch to start. I ask after this feature because as realsever sites become more bogged down I find sessions loose thier connection more often. I tend to listen to hour long programs, which means I must start over again listening if I use trplayer, which I love to use. As far as status outputs, I can make no suggestion as to a proper output method for the visually impaired, but scp's status out is very nice and compact on a single line: file.txt 45% |******************** | 1.4MB this is constatnly updated as the copy progresses. Could trplayer's look like: This American Life Episode 145 | 38:45/59:50 | ********************* | Again, I know nothing about how braile displays and the like respond to such a format. A very compact and less 'decorated' scheme might go like this: This American Life with Ira Glass, Episode 145 59:50 38:45 where the first line is never updated and the second jsut reports the current status. Another methos might be to make a configurable output. Where the app reads a configuration file and outputs based on that. That might best serve a wide variety of needs. A file could take a variety of variables and allow the user to arrange them as they need. Thanks again for this program! ... . . . . . . . . . r o b b m o n n http://nervous.net/~robb mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] pager - mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
