* Merge Ubuntu changes (closes: #736694)
- Use dh-autoreconf to get new libtool macros for ppc64el
- Disable -Werror to fix FTBFS while autoreconfing
- Remove gettext macros to ensure libtool is creating po/Makefile.in.in
* Bump Standards-Version up to 3.9.5
