automake1.9-nonfree (1.9.6-1.1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Rebuild with newer debhelper to remove install-info calls from the
maintainer scripts. Add dummy empty prerm to ensure a clean upgrade path
in case install-info has disappeared. (Closes: #708486)
